Vibration Dimension – How to Raise your Frequency To Manifest Dreams

Have you ever heard of the law of attraction? It’s the idea that the energy you put out into the universe is what you attract back into your life. And one of the key components of this is the vibration dimension. It’s one of the 6 dimensions of healing. 

Vibration is a Powerful Energy Force

Your vibrational frequency is the energy you emit, and it can have a profound effect on what you attract into your life. Right now we’ll explore the role of vibration, how it relates to the law of attraction and the power it has over manifesting your dreams. Also how you can raise your own vibration to attract what you want in your life.

To understand the role of vibration in the law of attraction, it’s important to understand the concept of energy. Everything in the universe is made up of energy, including our thoughts and emotions. When we think positive thoughts and feel positive emotions, we emit a high vibrational frequency. This high frequency attracts more positive experiences into our lives.

On the other hand, when we think negative thoughts and feel negative emotions, we emit a low vibrational frequency. This low frequency attracts more negative experiences into our lives. It’s like a magnet – you attract what you put out into the world.

Vibration isn’t Always Easy to Quantify

Even though it doesn’t always seem this way. We can often be thinking positive things and not receive them or we can be feeling good and something happens that’s out of our control. But this is where vibration comes in. Vibration causes a delayed attraction.

But first, we need to know how vibration is created. Vibration is not created through words, so it doesn’t matter how much you repeat words for instance affirmations, words don’t attract. Our vibration is created from our dominant emotions of moods. Not even from our thoughts even though our thoughts play a role in how we feel. But the dominant emotion throughout the day will create your vibration.

How Vibration Influences Your Day

For instance, if you start your day feeling just ok, and then somebody cuts you off in traffic and you ponder that just for a couple of minutes, now you have gained momentum that will begin to gather more evidence of things not working for you.

As that happens you may feel frustrated or angry and by the end of the day, you say you’ve had a terrible day. Your dominant emotions or moods have created your vibration and your vibration attracts more situations like it that give you the same mood. In other words, your vibration is your request to the universe for what you want.

Vibration is Like a Menu Order

When you go to a restaurant, the waiter smiles and gives you a menu. You read the menu and then order from the waiter a selection and he takes the order to be made up and then delivers it. He doesn’t ask you if you actually like the lobster that you’re ordering or whether you understand what steak tartare really is, he just takes your order and delivers your request.

Your vibration is like the waiter and your emotions are the menu.

The Universe doesn’t ask you whether what you’re vibrating is really what you want, it just delivers your order. No questions asked. Sometimes when you receive the order it’s what you want and you love it. There are other times it isn’t what you enjoy and that’s the time to change your vibration because that changes the order.

How to Raise your Vibration

How can you raise your own vibration to attract positive experiences into your life? There are several techniques you can use, including:

  1. Appreciation: Focusing on what’s working in your life can help shift your focus to the positive, and emit a high vibrational frequency.
  2. Positive affirmations: Repeating positive affirmations that resonate or that you can really feel, can help reprogram your subconscious mind to focus on the positive.
  3. Visualization: Visualizing yourself already having what you want can help you align with the energy of your desire, so long as it excites you.
  4. Meditation: Practicing meditation can help quiet your mind and raise your vibrational frequency. It stops the chatter and negative self-banter.

The Power of Vibration

Examples of the law of attraction in action are everywhere. Take the story of Jim Carrey, for example. When he was a struggling actor, he wrote himself a check for $10 million for acting services rendered and post-dated it 5 years in the future. He carried this check around in his wallet as a reminder of his goals and aspirations. Just before the date on the check, he was offered a role that paid him exactly $10 million.

Another example is that of Oprah Winfrey. She grew up in poverty but refused to let her circumstances define her. She visualized a life of abundance and success, and today she’s one of the most successful and influential women in the world.

But the law of attraction isn’t just for celebrities and millionaires. It’s for anyone who wants to manifest their dreams and live their best life. By raising your vibrational frequency, you can attract more abundance, joy, and fulfillment into your life.

High Vibration = Fun, Love & Happiness

Of course, it’s not always easy to maintain a high vibration but I see it as a priority. If I’m not feeling great, then it’s my job to shift my frequency. I use my soul’s blueprint as a guide. Life isn’t always happy. It can be stressful, and sometimes negative thoughts and emotions creep in even with the watchdog at the door. But the key is to be aware of your thoughts and emotions as they happen so that you can consciously choose where to place your focus. It’s like a muscle – the more you practice, the easier it becomes. Of course, you won’t stay there as a high vibration isn’t forever. But the more you practice the easier it is to achieve and the less you need to put up with a crappy mood.

So if you’re ready to manifest your dreams and live your best life, start by raising your vibration. Focus on appreciation, repeat positive affirmations, visualize your desires, and practice meditation. You may be surprised at how quickly things start to shift in your life.

The law of attraction is a powerful force that can help us manifest our dreams and live our best life. And vibration dimension is a key component of this law.
