That’s why it’s crucial to be aware of the thoughts we allow to take up valuable real estate in our minds.

For instance, are negative thoughts, like fear, doubt, or worry, taking up too much time in your headspace? Listen up, because I’m about to drop some truth bombs on you. These thoughts are the culprits behind a life filled with stress, anxiety, and scarcity, even suicide. The Mental Dimension handles all of this, but don’t worry, you have the power to redesign your reality with simple shifts in your thinking.

The Mental Dimension is the Center of Joy & Abundance

Ready for this? By focusing on positive, uplifting thoughts, you can create a reality that’s overflowing with abundance, joy, and fulfillment. It all starts with taking control of your thoughts and choosing what you allow into your mind.

The Mental Dimension handles focus and where your focus goes, energy flows. That’s why people have the opinion that thoughts become things. Think gratitude and positivity, or visualize and use affirmations to impress positive beliefs on your subconscious by changing your focus.

as often as you can because our thoughts are heavily influenced by those around us, so it’s essential to surround ourselves with people and things that bring us joy and positivity as often as we can. Cut out toxic relationships and focus on uplifting, supportive ones.

4. Engage in Mindfulness:

Mindfulness practices, such as meditation and yoga, can help quiet the mind and reduce negative self-talk. By focusing on the present moment and our breath, we can break free from the limiting thoughts and emotions that hold us back.

5. Challenge Your Thoughts:

When negative thoughts arise, challenge them. Ask yourself if they’re true, and if not, replace them with thoughts that feel a little better. By actively challenging our negative thoughts, we can take control of our thinking and cultivate a positive mindset.

Improving our thoughts is a continuous process, but by incorporating these practices into our daily lives, we can take control of the Mental Dimension and cultivate a positive and empowering mindset. Remember, our thoughts hold immense power, and by focusing on positivity, we can attract abundance and joy, to live a healthy fulfilling life.

Who am I?


Someone once told me (a well-respected mentor) that people need “experts” to live a life they value… and I didn’t believe them.

I thought everybody could find their Purpose on their own because I did. I figured out what didn’t work in my life and then I changed it. Actually, I changed me and my direction many times. And come to think of it, it was a LOT of work over MANY years!

And every time I would discover something that worked, all would be sweet and then that method would stop working. Have you ever found that? And I couldn’t work out why. I just thought it wasn’t the right method for me.

But it turns out that it was, it’s just that I had limiting beliefs standing in the way. QUITE A FEW! That I didn't even realize were there, and when I could transform those, things began to work again. My life would flow beautifully and I’d get those synchronicities to let me know I’m on track.
