This is where we’ll explore the six dimensions of healing, a path to holistic wellness that can help you discover a new level of peace and fulfillment.

6 Dimensions of Healing & Law of Attraction

We’ve experienced the power of these dimensions in our own lives as they are an integral part of the law of attraction. And as you’ll soon discover, these dimensions wind their way through every part of our lives. When you become familiar with the 6 Dimensions of Healing you can begin to get your life back on track and move in the direction of a life you truly love and that makes your heart sing.

The first dimension of healing is physical. 

Our bodies are incredible machines that need care and attention. A healthy diet, regular exercise, and adequate sleep are crucial to maintaining physical well-being. When we neglect our bodies, we can experience fatigue, illness, and chronic pain. By prioritizing our physical health, we can increase our energy levels and feel more vibrant and alive.

The second dimension of healing is mental. 

Our thoughts have a powerful impact on our well-being. Negative self-talk and limiting beliefs can hold us back from living our best lives. It’s essential to examine our thought patterns and challenge them when they don’t serve us. Mindfulness and meditation practices can help us stay present and focus on the positive aspects of our lives.

The third dimension of healing is emotional/spiritual. 

Our emotions and spiritual beliefs are intertwined and play a vital role in our overall health. We must learn to express our emotions in a healthy way and develop a sense of purpose and meaning in our lives. Spiritual practices such as prayer, meditation, or attending religious services can help us connect with our higher selves and find peace and fulfillment.

The fourth dimension of healing is vibration. 

Everything in the universe vibrates at a particular frequency, including our bodies and thoughts. When we raise our vibration, we attract more positivity into our lives. Practices such as yoga, sound healing, and spending time in nature can help us raise our vibration and connect with the energy of the universe.

The fifth dimension of healing is intention. 

Our thoughts and actions must align with our deepest desires and intentions. We must set clear goals for ourselves and take action to achieve them. When we live with intention, we feel more empowered and in control of our lives.

The sixth and final dimension of healing is attitude. 

Our attitude determines our outlook on life and our ability to handle challenges. When we have a positive attitude, we can see the silver lining in difficult situations and approach life with a sense of optimism. Gratitude practices and affirmations can help us cultivate a positive attitude and attract more positivity into our lives.

Healing is a journey, and although you have a win on one day, there will be an old devil pop up, in the form of a thought or a challenge, whether physical or emotional, on the next day.

When One of the Dimensions of Healing is Out of Balance

I was often told as a teenager that I had a bad attitude and that made me feel really unloved, unwanted, and unworthy. I felt that the Universe had dealt me a bad hand as some people had a fun and happy outlook on life and things worked out for them. But I had been born with a bad attitude (I really did think this) and things never worked out for me.

This bad attitude just perpetuated as when I felt hard done by, I would get angry and that gave me a worse attitude. Although I’d been told this by numerous people such as my parents, school teachers, guidance counselors, and my peers avoided me, nobody, not one person ever told me that it wasn’t something I was born with and I that could change it. I was in my early twenties before I found that out. And it was so freeing.

Balance just One of the Dimensions of Healing

Of all the dimensions of healing, your attitude is pivotal.

As Zig Ziglar would say, your attitude determines your altitude.

In other words it’s how far you can go in life. Life sucks with a bad attitude, I liken it to an illness or a disease and I’m determined never to go back there, ever again. If you had cancer and had won the battle, you wouldn’t go back to your old ways either, would you?

By addressing just one of the 6 dimensions of healing, it can automatically elevate the other dimensions and we can achieve holistic wellness to live our best lives. You don’t need to work on all of the Dimensions of Healing!

It’s essential to remember that healing is a journey, and although you have a win on one day, there will be an old devil pop up, in the form of a thought or a challenge, whether physical or emotional, on the next day. Just take comfort in knowing that every challenge is an opportunity that takes us in the direction of our best lives. Always, and that’s a promise! When we listen to our bodies and our intuition we make choices that serve our highest good. That helps us follow our soul’s blueprint and the path is smoother and much less bumpy.

Remember to be kind to yourself and approach healing with an open mind and heart because anything you don’t like you weren’t born with and so it’s all transformable. The whole lot!

Who am I?


Someone once told me (a well-respected mentor) that people need “experts” to live a life they value… and I didn’t believe them.

I thought everybody could find their Purpose on their own because I did. I figured out what didn’t work in my life and then I changed it. Actually, I changed me and my direction many times. And come to think of it, it was a LOT of work over MANY years!

And every time I would discover something that worked, all would be sweet and then that method would stop working. Have you ever found that? And I couldn’t work out why. I just thought it wasn’t the right method for me.

But it turns out that it was, it’s just that I had limiting beliefs standing in the way. QUITE A FEW! That I didn't even realize were there, and when I could transform those, things began to work again. My life would flow beautifully and I’d get those synchronicities to let me know I’m on track.

So that's what we do for our clients now, empower them to discover their purpose even through life’s transitions so they can reignite the spark in their next chapter.
