How do you Manifest your dreams?

So how do you manifest your dreams? How do you get that lotto win or the partner you’ve dreamt about? Is it just about positive thinking?

If you’ve been using the 3 Steps from Mood Mastery Quickstart, you can see that it’s not all about positive thinking. In fact, it’s not even about thinking. You can manifest without thinking about something. It’s all about vibration.

Manifest from Vibration

The Universe doesn’t respond to your thoughts or your words. So you can ask as often as you like or until you’re blue in the face, it won’t matter. The Universe responds to your vibration and your vibration is created from your dominant mood. And it will change, as often as you allow it to.

The 3 steps of 6D Mood Mastery Quickstart were designed to help you to understand how you’re attracting the things in your life that you are and how you can consciously create the things you want. This means you begin to change how you manifest so that more great things happen and less things happen that you don’t like.

I also explained that every subject is two subjects. What is wanted and what isn’t wanted. It’s like a sword, one end will cut you and the other will give you power. And that’s why positive thinking will not create your dreams.

Because, you can affirm or think as positively as you like and all the while that little voice inside your head will be saying “No it’s not” or “No you can’t”. It will counteract any positive thoughts you may have.

3 Steps to Manifest your Dreams

To manifest your dreams, you have a thought, an emotion in response and a dominant mood. That dominant mood becomes your vibration; it’s how you connect your dreams to the Universe.

Now, for this dream to manifest in your life, you must be able to match the dream you’ve set forth. Because the dream expands and becomes more and you need to keep up with that expansion so that you match the dream.

Action you Need to Take to Manifest

The only action you need to take on your dreams is to change your mood to feel as good as you can, as often as you can. That is placing yourself in the path of optimum expansion.

When your expansion matches your dream, you can see it and we call that manifestation.

So how does this work in real life?

Say you want to manifest a million dollars. But when you think about it, that little voice in your head gives you all the reasons you can’t. Such as you don’t have a job or you’ve never even had $10,000 in the bank. Whatever the objections, this is what we call resistance and it’s undermining all your positive thoughts.

Process to Manifest

So instead of thinking about the million dollars, clarify why you want it. What is it that you want a million dollars for? I mean you can’t eat it and you can’t take it with you, so what will it do for you? If you decide that you want a great lifestyle, then elaborate. Build a picture in your mind of what that will look like and how you’ll feel and who you’re with. Because, believe it or not, it’s different for everyone. Imagine the scenario as if it’s real and enjoy this movie in your mind.

Stay with it while it feels good, adding and creating and refining while it still feels great. And go to this movie as often as it still feels good. If you ever begin to doubt this scenario, just get off the subject. Because, this is handling the sword by the tip, and it will put obstacles in your path.

What’s happening is that you’re clarifying your dream of a million dollar lifestyle and it’s being released into the Universe. This dream goes out and becomes thought-form and expands. It’s no longer just a thought, You’ve given birth to something that has actually become real and you don’t need to think about it ever again for it to manifest in your life.

Expand Your Own Limitations with 6D Mood Mastery

You’re always playing the leading role in your life and your dream is just a bigger movie role that you want to take on. But to do this, you need to train and develop more skills. That means expanding your talents as a leading actor to get the role in this new movie. The movie will always be there, but it won’t become a part of your life until you’re up to the part you’ve created for yourself.

Are Positive Thoughts Manifesting Positive Things?

I’ve heard this said many times and the one thing that will trip you up every time is thinking that your thoughts are manifesting what you want in life.

Thinking that your thoughts manifest is the first misconception. Your thoughts don’t make things happen. If they did, then that dog down the road would no longer be barking at night and you’d have your dream job. God knows you’ve thought about it enough.

Thinking is a Pivotal Step in Manifesting your Dreams

Thinking is certainly the first step and it’s pivotal because where your thoughts go, your mind goes too. But it’s what happens next, that makes the difference. You have an emotion. You develop a mood in response to those thoughts. And your dominant mood becomes your vibration.

Now that’s what the Universe responds to; your vibration. It delivers more of what you are vibrating. Thinking about throwing a ball against a wall doesn’t actually do anything, but throwing it, now that returns the ball in your direction pretty fast.

The Security Measure in Manifesting

There is a buffer of time between your thoughts and your manifestations because sometimes you don’t really want those thoughts crappy thoughts manifesting. That buffer of time is your security. When you’re angry and think about something horrible happening to that person in revenge, you might mean it. But you have a buffer of time to change that mood of revenge to something else, maybe hopefulness or optimism, before that revenge begins manifesting in your life.

Because that’s the other misconception, it’s not the thing that manifests, you know the revenge scenario you had in mind, but it’s your mood that’s constantly manifesting. So when you have those thoughts of getting back at someone, it’s the mood that creates the vibration and not the scenario. Therefore, it’s the mood manifesting in your own life and not the thoughts in someone else’s. It’s actually like you are punishing yourself.

Which is the opposite to what we usually have in mind when manifesting. Most people think of manifesting great things. Houses, cars, fortunes, dreams, but manifestations come in all shapes and sizes, in both wanted and unwanted form.

Thoughts Often Don’t Manifest the Way we Imagine

Thoughts do create things, but not necessarily the things you think about. They create your mood and the things that are manifesting are in response to your dominant mood. That’s why your manifestations often look different to what you imagined.

But that’s not the clever part. The amazing thing is that when you have a mood, that is actually your first manifestation. That’s it. The things you get are in response to that mood. So when you begin to Master your Mood, you are consciously creating the things you want.

So you can then congratulate yourself on the wonderful manifestations that are beginning to present themselves to you. Each moment of every day, because you created them. And you can create more of what you want too, in your life, your business and your family, just by mastering your own mood.

3 Tiers of Manifestation – Dreams, Goals, Desires

Manifestation is constant and relentless

We are all constantly manifesting. Sometimes we create what we want and other times it’s what we don’t want. But there is never a time when we aren’t emitting a signal to the Universe. We’re constantly giving out requests for manifestation.

These requests aren’t with your words and they aren’t what you think you want, they’re actually the result of your vibration. This vibration is caused by your dominant mood. So if you are fearful for a while, your vibration will be fear and the manifestation will be something to be fearful about. This isn’t karma and it often isn’t conscious, but it is still working. For all of us.

How Do We Change Our Manifestation?

We can change what we manifest by being conscious of our thoughts and our moods. When you change your mood from fear to hopefulness, your vibration also changes, therefore you’re now requesting something different. It’s simple to do but takes a little practice.

The keys are:

  • noticing your mood
  • wanting to change it

These keys may seem obvious but not everyone notices their moods. Most aren’t aware of what they think or even how their own moods begin. Let alone how they manifest what happens in their lives.

Now it’s one thing to notice your mood and another to want to change it. Of course, it’s better for you to create a mood that manifests wonderful things in your life, but sometimes you just don’t want to let go of blame and fear because that would mean you’re responsible for your own life. And you are, that’s the empowering part.

3 Tiers of Manifestation

Dreams, Goals and Desires are 3 Tiers of Manifestation.

Our dreams keep us inspired, our goals make us excited and our desires create the joy in our daily lives.

Dreaming or imagining is an integral part of manifestation. It is the first step and sets up your goals and desires. Your dreams design your path and your goals keep the path interesting. Your desires are the steps along the way. Dreams, goals and desires are all a part of the tapestry of life but they are different. They serve a different purpose.

Dreams

These are our inner fantasies. They’re much bigger than goals and have many components.

There are no rules for dreams. They’re imaginative, enormous and based in the future. Rarely do we talk about our dreams to people in case they laugh or criticize. We need these dreams to keep us buoyant in life.

They’re the reason we can work at a mundane job. We don’t expect the manifestation right now, but we do expect them to appear eventually. There’s a saying: “If you have faith in your future, you have power in your present”. So our dreams keep us inspired. They’re a promise of a wonderful future that seems a long way from where you’re standing now.

A dream is created in the imagination and plants the seed for many goals and desires.  Dreams are possibilities for a wonderful future. They live in the imagination and feel wonderful as they grow and change, just as you do. They grow with you even when you can’t see them and the only reason a dream doesn’t manifest, is that you lose faith in your ability to realize the dream. You’ve made a mistake by putting a timeline on the dream, so you’ve created conditions that the dream can’t fit into.

The reason a dream doesn’t manifest is because you lose faith in the dream. You give up.

It’s you who moves closer to a dream until you are a match with what it has become. That’s the reason it never looks like you expect; it changes, grows and expands as you do.

Your dream isn’t waiting because of something outside of you, it’s waiting for you to become the person in that dream. You’ve dreamt of a future you, one who is balanced and loves life. A person who has expanded to become the owner of that dream. So that’s the job of your desires. To move you along this path until you are the person who matches the dream.

Goals

These are different to dreams as they are a piece of the pie rather than the whole pie of dreams. A goal has a time frame and rather than a possibility that’s in the ‘one day’ sphere, it feels like it’s probable. A goal has a time-frame because it’s a bundle of desires that are all related for a common purpose. For instance: you may want to lose weight because you’re excited about your sister’s wedding so the date for the goal to lose weight is your sister’s wedding. The goal also encompasses feeling good, having a wonderful time, feeling attractive, finding the right outfit, fitting into that new dress, attracting a partner to take with you and the list goes on.

The goal is losing weight in a time-frame and it is broken down into lots of smaller components. We are all aware that to achieve a goal, our mindset needs to alter. This is just one of the components.

Mindset shifts are happening to you all the time

So you expect changes to occur to achieve a goal and yet, these mindset shifts are happening all the time. They may be subtle or they may be brought about by a crisis, but you are always offered the next step along your path. Whether you take it or not is up to you. It also determines the manifestation that occurs.

Goals are dreams that have been broken down to achievable chunks, naturally.

Desires

are thoughts that are emphasized by emotions. When you think the thought over and over again, it creates a dominant mood and when this matches your desire, it paves the way for manifestation. We have many desires. They’re the increments that make up a goal and a dream. However, a word of warning: we live in an inclusion based Universe so when your focus remains on something you don’t want, you’re asking to include that which you don’t want in your life. Desires are the little things you get excited about. Whether it’s having fun at a party or enjoying your lunch at the beach. Life is made up of a frequent flow of desires. And the flow is never-ending. There will never come a day when we don’t desire something.

Often these desires are magnified by the contrast in your life. When you’re living something you don’t like, then you become very clear about what you do want. All you need do is turn your attention in the direction of what you want and the desires will begin to flow.

Your desires may not seem to be related to your dreams but they’re actually paving the way for your ‘overnight success’.

They’re leading you in the direction you’ve pre-paved with your dreams.

We will always have dreams goals and desires, because they’re important to our well-being. They create the blueprint for each of our journeys and lay down the stepping stones on which we walk through life. So it’s not wrong to have a desire, in fact it’s imperative. They are the life energy which flows through us and without it, we would cease to exit.

Did you know that millions of viruses rain down on us each day? According to Live Science, the Coronavirus is just one. The particles swirl around in the winds that generate in the Sahara Desert and cross the oceans to descend upon unsuspecting humans.

So don’t expect to be safe from a virus just because you’re on the other side of the world from its origin.

Viruses are unavoidable in life and there is no known medical cure for this recent one. So here are 3 ways you can reduce your susceptibility of the COVID-19 – 2019 Novel coronavirus.

1. Wear a face mask. That can help, right? Well, sort of. But not all masks are created equal. A normal surgical mask won’t help, but an N95 surgical mask will help filter out germs. You’ll also need training on how to use one so that it seals around the nose and chin properly. People find them very claustrophobic as they have to breathe much harder because the fabric is so thick. Masks do have their limitations in everyday use.

2. Another way to avoid most viruses is by becoming a hermit. Not going out where others have been. Your own home is the safest place if there haven’t been any infectious people there. Therefore, you’re avoiding most introduced airborne germs. But this has a couple of drawbacks.

  • a. That you don’t go out
  • b. People will come to you

It’s actually quite difficult to avoid people altogether because you still need to get food and even if it’s delivered to your doorstep, you’ll need to go outside to collect it.

Coronavirus Pandemic Safety Precautions

Becoming a recluse is really not an option for most. So if the 2019 coronavirus does become pandemic and you still need to go out, then, according to Dr Ken Berry, these steps should be taken:

  • An N95 surgical mask is a must
  • A disposable gown in case you sit in public areas or transport
  • Glove up in case you touch something that’s been infected
  • Wear wraparound glasses that won’t let any airborne germs in and so that you don’t touch your eyes with infected fingers
  • Avoid public restrooms if at all possible
  • Wash your hands in warm soapy water for at least 20 seconds

3. The most successful way I’ve found to avoid viruses of all types is a natural one. It’s simply by raising my vibration. Keeping my mood elevated. This isn’t about positive thinking, it’s a conscious focus.

Now this may seem strange, but a virus, just like everything else in this Universe has a vibration. For you to catch any coronavirus, such as SARS, MERS or the 2019 version, you’ll need to be a vibrational match with that virus.

All viruses by nature are low vibrational frequencies. They hang about in the mood of depression, sadness, fear and powerlessness. (Let’s face it, in times when people think they are susceptible to something that may harm them that they have no power over, then fear is pandemic.)

When you invite these moods into your life for any length of time, they become your vibration. So you’re then a vibrational match to any viruses or illnesses around.

It’s no coincidence that a favorite saying of people is that “I got sick because my immune system is low”. That’s a true statement. Many people understand the correlation between feeling stressed or lowering your vibration and getting sick. That stress has made them vulnerable. They’re quite aware that they haven’t been looking after themselves. In our clinic, we have a saying “Either take time for yourself or make time to be sick”.

We Make Excuses For Being Sick

People even use excuses for catching viruses such as: “burning the candle at both ends”. All of these are an understanding of the connection between the body and the mind and how our mood makes us susceptible to illness.

However, when you understand that everything is a vibration, then you can decide from which vibration you’d like to live your life. Raising your vibration is as simple as changing your mood. I can’t even remember the last time I had a virus, even the flu. It’s been many years, because I keep my mood elevated.

Use the mood map here to take the steps necessary up the map from fear to blame to doubt to hopefulness and then fun. In just 10 minutes you can change your vibration and make yourself less susceptible to any virus. Your mind doesn’t operate apart from your body. It’s your body that eavesdrops on everything you think and all that you feel. If we all felt the same, we would all have the same viruses and we don’t. A group of people can be walking through an avalanche of viral germs and yet not all will pick up the virus. So what makes them different?

It’s their mood. The more empowered they feel, the less susceptible they are to illness because their vibration isn’t in the same place as the virus.

You Can Do Something That’s Empowering

This is empowering because there is something you can do to lessen your risk of COVID-19. You can elevate your mood as often as you can so that you feel as good as you can and become a vibrational match with the things you love. You can still wear a mask and limit your exposure to infected people if you want, but don’t do it out of fear.

When you elevate your mood to feeling great, you’re automatically in vibrational frequency to all the great things in life, the synchronicities, the amazing coincidences, the joyful gatherings, love and clarity.  Move towards elevating your mood as often as you can and you will notice the difference in your life naturally.

By the way, don’t worry about your dog. I’ve seen people trying to put masks on their dogs! There is no evidence they can even catch a coronavirus. Just naturally their vibration is happy and funloving, so they aren’t even susceptible.

The World Health Organization will:  

  • never ask you to login to view safety information
  • never email attachments you didn’t ask for
  • never ask you to visit a link outside of www.who.int 
  • never charge money to apply for a job, register for a conference, or reserve a hotel
  • never conduct lotteries or offer prizes, grants, certificates or funding through email
  • never ask you to donate directly to emergency response plans or funding appeals.

Beware that criminals use email, websites, phone calls, text messages, and even fax messages for their scams.

You can verify if communication is legit by contacting WHO directly.

Beginning Of A New Adventure

I had reluctantly emailed the marketing group that I couldn’t attend their conference that year. I just couldn’t afford it even though the conference ticket was free. But I awoke one morning and it was on my mind. And it was persistent. There was a voice inside my head telling me to look at flights and to my surprise the prices weren’t that bad. Considering I was in Australia, and I actually needed to leave the next day to arrive on time. I was expecting to quell that niggling voice with the expense, but it didn’t happen. This was 7am Wednesday morning.

I said to my husband, if I can find the money, would you mind if I go? To Phoenix? Tomorrow? Yes, I said.

Unraveling the Mystery

I began to feel excited. I felt compelled to look in an account I hadn’t looked at for a long time and saw that $1541 had been deducted by a tax agency because I hadn’t filed a form a year ago. My heart sank because this was moving in the wrong direction. So, because I wanted it sorted anyway, I rang the Dept and asked if I could still fill in the form and the lady was happy to oblige. She said she’d send it out right away. In fact, she said that if I filled it out and took it into the Department office, they would refund immediately. I put the phone down and said to my husband, I just found $1541 we didn’t know we had. He was just amazed.

I looked online for flights because now I had a budget. I did find some, but the booking payment wouldn’t go through. It came up error each time, so I called the airline reservations instead.

A very helpful lady found flights and could get me back from Phoenix but only get me to LA. She couldn’t find a flight to Phoenix from LA that wasn’t sold out. I told her to go ahead, I’d find a way to Phoenix from LA. She said she could give me a better price than I found online and booked my flights from Cairns in Northern Australia, via Sydney and Los Angeles to Phoenix. She also expressed her surprise these flights were even available.

In her experience she’d never ever seen ‘saver’ flights still available the day before travel. Especially internationally. It was unheard of.

There were other things to organize but my passport was in order, my visa was valid. The whole process was surreal. I just didn’t have anywhere to stay.

I also didn’t have a flight from LA to Phoenix.

Time to Fly

This was 11am Wednesday Morning and I left on my 30 hour journey at 3am Thursday, the very next morning. Only 16 hours after I had booked. As it turned out, I was gold class with the airlines, because three of us had traveled to Canada earlier that year and we could pool our points, which meant that, although I still traveled coach, I gained access to all the lounges along the way. (And believe me, the Emirates lounge at LAX really is 5 star luxury.)

I also had priority checkin, customs and boarding. What usually took hours was now a breeze.

I may have flown coach, but I had a whole row to myself. The 16 hr flight from Sydney to LA was wonderful. It was still Thursday at 7.30am on arrival (as I traveled backwards in time), and I was both refreshed and excited, wondering what amazing events were coming my way.

I had found overnight accommodation in Phoenix but didn’t have anywhere to stay for the following nights. Everywhere was fully booked. There were a lot of conferences happening that weekend. The evening of my arrival in Phoenix, a friend I had recently found through the conference website, messaged me and said a fellow member was moving to the Sheraton and wanted to give her prepaid accommodation away. It was for 4 nights and it was free. I was dumbfounded and couldn’t message her quickly enough. She said “If you want it, it’s yours”. I was gobsmacked and so was everyone I relayed this story to.

The Universe is a Great Planner

When you practice Mood Mastery, you allow the Universe to roll out the red carpet for you. There were many other small pieces that fell into place along the way. Such as the plane delays that affected many but didn’t affect me, the flight from LA to Phoenix, and the people who entered my life. It truly was an amazing adventure. I couldn’t have planned it better myself.

So what of my flight from LA to Phoenix? Well I had a friend who lived not far from Burbank, another airport in LA. I knew she was going through a difficult patch so I spent some time with her and caught an afternoon flight from Burbank to Phoenix. Good ol’ Southwest. And it was much easier than going back to LAX.

The Universe truly knows all the details and is much better at organizing events than either you or me. That’s what 6D Mood Mastery does. You become the creator and the Universe takes care of the details. Usually before you know they even exist.

For instance, the Universe had me planned to spend time with my friend in LA before I’d even thought of it. Otherwise I would have been able to book a flight straight through. Instead, it was the only leg that was different. I never underestimate the importance of the connections I have been destined to make. With both places and people.

Staying On Track

From that time on, I have adjusted my mood to expect great things to come my way and I haven’t been disappointed. It’s all a part of living my life by design. If I second guess myself, it causes a twist. See below!

Many wonderful things have happened or unraveled since then and I owe it all to mastering my mood. These events can be a roller coaster of emotions from exhilaration and ‘look this is working for me’ to deep disappointment and ‘I don’t think it’s going to work’. It’s a matter of building new patterns, so that the exhilaration is felt more often.

When I began to trust the process, I got out of the way. There were no more obstacles.

An Expanding Experience

It turned out to be a wonderful conference of course and I really loved every moment.

Each connection I made was important and every person I spent time with, was inspiring.

I rubbed shoulders with many people who had taken their startups from where I was to million dollar businesses and I was blown away by the possibilities.

It was truly an expanding experience and I never thought of my business the same way again. I really knew why I was meant to be there. It was along my path. This was a significant part of my journey.

Oh, I forgot to tell you about the twist.

There’s always a twist isn’t there? Well, you know how everything had gone so beautifully, it was as if the Universe had rolled out the red carpet. Well, at one stage I did question the Universe’s knowledge about what they were doing when a flight was heavily delayed. So I had it rescheduled. Then it needed to be changed back again.

The consequence of these actions was that my baggage got left in LA. So when I got to Brisbane, there was no suitcase. However, the lady at the counter located it quickly and scheduled it for the next flight.

This actually worked out well, because when I landed at my destination, I no longer needed to wait for baggage and left the airport straight away. My luggage was delivered to my door, even though I was in the country, the very next day. Turned out to be an advantage rather than an inconvenience.

It was a prime example of how we get in our own way and I will trust that everything is in order next time.

Why Is Mastering Your Mood So Important?

It’s such a simple concept and yet it makes a huge difference in your life.  Moods aren’t just an emotion that flutter by unnoticed.  Like our thoughts, they’re a tangible manifestation of how we feel.

Now you might think that your mood is temporary and therefore not concerning.  But I’m here to let you know that not only should you be concerned about your mood, but you should begin to change them. To do this you need to master your mood.

We Take Our Moods For Granted But Did You Know That Your Mood Is The Key To Changing Your Mindset? 

Your mood influences much more in your life than a few fleeting moments during the day.

Your mood actually controls:

  • How you see life
  • Your interactions with others
  • How much you achieve in your life
  • The way your day unfolds
  • Who comes into your life

A Magical Future

If you want a future that is beyond your wildest dreams, then mastering your mood is not a matter of if you do it, it’s only a matter of when.

There isn’t a time when you aren’t in some type of mood and often you gravitate towards your default mood. This is the one that’s been practiced often and it’s necessary when mastering your mood to know what this is.

There is nobody who is successful and happy in life that hasn’t learned how to master their mood. Mastering your mood is the gateway to changing your mindset.
